The new casino will include a hotel with 48 guest rooms and suites. There will also be boat marina and a general store. The last 2 features were completed by mid-2018,

A 10,000 square-foot gaming floor will feature 320-349 slot machines, table games, a restaurant and a lounge.

Ferry service from Lake Havasu City will commence with the grand opening of this casino.
